Choreographer, Dancer, Performer, Dance Teacher
I was born and raised in Serra Negra, São Paulo (Brazil).
My first contact with movement comes from my childhood, when I practiced and competed as a Gymnast. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (São Paulo) and a Major in Contemporary Dance from DANCEWORKS berlin. After working on editorial design for a while, I moved to Berlin to pursue a career in Dance. In Berlin, I started working as a freelancer. I currently hold a Pilates certification as well, finished via Mossô Pilates (Bauru, Brazil).
As a Choreographer, I created works for DANCEWORKS berlin, Harake Dance Company, InterCollectiveBerlin, and independently. I received fundings from Dis-tanz SOLO, Tanz im August and CCB in Austria. My Dis-tanz SOLO project is a digital durational solo, available online to be seen in full length here. In Bleiburg, I brought the project to a stage with musician and Sound Artist Carla Boregas, whom I collaborate regularly with. For Tanz im August 2023, I co-choreographed a duo with fellow dancer Melissa Figueiredo. We currently collaborate regularly as well. In 2025, I received the funding Culture Moves Europe from the Goethe Institute, which I used to research and develop a solo work (work in progress) in Paris, with the collaboration of the dancer Inès Andrés.
I teach and facilitate classes of Contemporary Dance, Acrobatics and Improvisation in Berlin and São Paulo to groups of all levels and all ages. My movement work is specifically related to gestural physicality, and how habitual movement can create new pathways of dancing that speak to each dancer’s identity. I am also a Pilates instructor teaching in Berlin, and give sessions of Indoor Cycling.
